  • Debtors/Receivables  =
  • Creditors/Payables    =
  • Debtors/Receivables < Creditors/Payables
Turnover
Profitability
Cash flow from operating activities
Account Receivables
Cash on hand held
Total loans
  • Cash flow from operating activities > Net Profit -----> Good !!
            Total assets = Total liabilities +  shareholders' equity

DIVIDENDS
Notice date :                                  8 July 2015, Wednesday
Entitlement date :                          24 July 2015, Friday
Interim dividend payment date :   3 August 2015, Monday
First interim single tier dividend of 20 sen per ordinary share

Notice date :                                  27 January 2016, Wednesday
Entitlement date :                          16 February 2016, Tuesday
Interim dividend payment date :    24 February 2016, Wednesday
Second interim single tier dividend of 50 sen per ordinary share

Let say share price = RM 16 per share (through out the financial year)
Dividend yield = RM 0.70/RM 16 = 4.375% (which is greater than FD, besides share price increased)

========================================================================

2016

DIVIDENDS
Notice date :                       11 Jul 2016
EX-date:                             22 Jul 2016
Entitlement date:                26 Jul 2016
Entitlement description: First Interim Single Tier Dividend of 25.0 sen per ordinary share

** First interim single tier divident increased from 20sen to 25sen from year 2015 to 2016 (^ 25%)

========================================================================

Own thought/finding :

Share price :
11/10/2016 : RM 16.78

If dividend payout for 2016 assume to be 0.25+0.50 (suppose will be greater for second interim dividend) = total 0.70,
Dividend yield = 0.70/16.78 x 100 = 4.2%

If able to purchase at lower share price, dividend yield will increased.

In year 2015,
Dividend paid out on :
22/7/2015 : RM 0.20
12/2/2016 : RM 0.50
Let say share price on 12/2/2016 = RM 14.50
Dividend yield = [(0.20+0.50)/14.50] x 100% = 4.8%
