Brokerage Fee 
= 0.1% + GST or minimum RM 8.

Buying value = RM 10,000.

Stamp duty
= RM 10

Brokerage fee
= (RM 10,000 x 0.1% ) x 1.06
= RM 10 x 1.06
= RM 10.60

Clearing Fee
= (RM 10,000 x 0.03%) x 1.06
= RM 3 x 1.06
= RM 3.18

Total shui qian
= RM 10 + RM 10.60 + RM 3.18
= RM 23.78

Total to pay = RM 10,023.78.
